HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO BECOME A VENDOR?

$50 is our standard booth rental. However, for the year of 2023 & 2024 we will be offering $15 off making the booth rental come out to only $35 for a 10x10. If you would like a bigger space, please contact our market coordinator RaCayle Harrison and she will be happy to set that up for you.

WHAT DIFFERENTIATES YOU FROM OTHER MARKETS?

At the Hangout we believe that "we flourish together" - that being said we are a group of diverse individuals championing each other to produce excellent and high quality products. We have a 75/25 rule- that is 75% of the market will be producers and 25% will be artisans. 

We enjoy petting zoos, photo opts, and connecting with each other to create a lasting culture in Waller, Texas.

WHAT RULES AND REGULATIONS DO YOU HAVE FOR THE VENDORS?

As a vendor you are responsible for having the proper licenses, certifications, and IDs to sell your products.

We ask that you are kind and courteous to all.

If you are a no show there will be an additional fee of $25 that will need to be paid on top of your booth fee. If not paid you won't be able to participate in the market until it's paid. The reason for this is that we take a limited number of vendors and no shows take the opportunity away from another vendor to showcase their products. 

You must have 30 pound weights for your tents legs. The wind in Waller is extreme and will blow not only your tents away but possibly your tables.
